We attempt to keep the listing current but we receive new opportunities each and every day.  Contact DSA by phone or email your resume to us for a comprehensive evaluation of your background in terms of current needs and to be kept confidentially appraised of new searches as they are initiated.

Applying for Current Openings

Upon your initial contact with DSA, we will evaluate your resume, or C.V., the completed personal history form and our conversations to see if you might be a candidate for one of the many searches that we are currently working.  If this is the case, we will call you to discuss the details of the position we are representing to see if you are interested in our introducing your background for evaluation by our client.   

If we do not have a current search in which you meet our client’s specifications, or conversely, if they are not offering what you have indicated to us are your personal search parameters, we will retain your information in our confidential files and continue to consider you as new searches are opened.  Again, when a “match” occurs, we will contact you to ascertain your continued availability and interest.

CAFE CHEF:  Small boutique cafe opening in the western suburbs of Philadelphia- need someone talented for gourmet salads and similar fair- expanded lunch six days a week.

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTATION:  Based in Dubai responsible for the administrative support to the foodservice division servicing USA military assets in the middle east focusing on financial aspects. 

FOOD AND BEVERAGE DIRECTOR- Theme Park:  One of the largest international amusement parks in Scandinavia is seeking a Food and Beverage Director to serve on their management team.  The park has a buffet, QSR outlets, food carts and catering facilities.  Exceptional exciting opportunity in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

PROJECT MANAGER:  Responsible for the daily coordinating of operations of a $22 million contract for a remote foodservice and support contract on a mining operation.  Will provide a high quality of food and facilities management service to this operation.

PRICING MANAGER:  For international foodservice services provider.  Will prepare full price proposals from inception to include assisting with the basis of estimate.  Based in Dubai

CAMP MANAGER/CHEF & CATERING MANAGER:  One of the largest international institutional feeding companies seeks talent for their contracts in Afghanistan.  We are seeking experienced Camp Managers and Catering Managers.  The successful candidate will have a knowledge of western cuisine. Strong salary plus bonus opportunity. 

ENGINEERING MANAGER-  .  Major branded hotel in Los Angeles seeking candidate who has run a strong engineering and maintenance program in the hotel industry.  Must have second level management experience.

REGIONAL MARKETING MANAGERS:  International QSR company seeks individuals with international experience to manage their franchisees in various sectors of the world (United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, & South Korea).  Must have a strong QSR background with both multi unit operational and franchisee management experience.  Prefer multilingual candidates.

OPERATIONS MANAGER:  Georgia based position overseeing all operations , manufacturing and distribution for a leading and growing commissary/home feeding service organization.

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF FINANCE:  Institutional feeding company looking for strong financial management  professional to oversee multiple accounts. Ideally candidate will have a foodservice, hotel or restaurant background with a complete financial understanding of the hospitality industry.  Texas based position with minimal travel.  Salary to $75,000

EXECUTIVE CHEF- Indian Ocean- Maldives:   A major destination resort on a beautiful island located in the Indian Ocean.  Must have international resort experience in similar environment. Strong management and creative skills are a necessity.

GENERAL MANAGER & CHEF:   Beautiful Caribbean Island location.  Owner is looking for two people to join him this summer in developing a steakhouse and bar operation in a historic district next to where the cruise ships dock.  Will seat 180 plus.  Team will share in the profits of the unit.  Once in a lifetime opportunity 

SAFARI CHEF/MANAGER:  African company serving in beautiful multi country locations seeks quality chef and service manager for groups touring in remote areas. 

MULTIUNIT OPERATIONS MANAGER:   Responsible for all day to day operations of the fine dining division of a major international hospitality company. New York based with five upscale locations.   Salary $120,000+

MARKETING MANAGER:   For a national chain of fast food/casual quick service establishments.   Position will be very hands on and provide marketing direction and support for almost 1,000 units.  new York based.  Salary $100.000

EXECUTIVE CHEF:   For destination attraction with fine dining, cafeteria, lounge and banquet food and beverage outlets.  Candidate should have a strong record of accomplishment, strong creative talents and the ability to manage a diverse staff. Southern California location.  Salary $60,000+

REGIONAL GENERAL MANAGERS Responsible for overall control, planning and direction for multiple institutional feeding contracts in a defined region  Must have strong p&l record of accomplishment and be  extremely client oriented.   Positions located in Cleveland, Central Illinois, Milwaukee, Kansas and Chicago.  Salary $75,000

EXECUTIVE CHEF:   Openings for strong culinary talents in Washington, Texas, Colorado, Tennessee,  Kansas City, California, South Carolina, Georgia, New York, and Illinois in restaurant,  hotel, institutional feeding and country club environments.  Salaries from $35,000 to $100,000.  Executive Chefs, Executive Sous Chefs and Sous Chefs.

INSTITUTIONAL FOOD SERVICE MANAGERS-    Institutional feeding or restaurant management experience for this international firm for positions in the state of Indiana.  Must have well documented success record in cost controls.  Military feeding experience a major plus.  Tremendous promotional opportunities.

HOUSEKEEPING MANAGERS For two major cruise lines. 20 weeks on follow by 10 weeks off.  7 day work week. High volume hotel experience preferred.
