Applying for Current Openings

Upon your initial contact with DSA, we will evaluate your resume, or C.V., the completed personal history form and our conversations to see if you might be a candidate for one of the many searches that we are currently working.  If this is the case, we will call you to discuss the details of the position we are representing to see if you are interested in our introducing your background for evaluation by our client.   

If we do not have a current search in which you meet our client’s specifications, or conversely, if they are not offering what you have indicated to us are your personal search parameters, we will retain your information in our confidential files and continue to consider you as new searches are opened.  Again, when a “match” occurs, we will contact you to ascertain your continued availability and interest.

PASTRY CHEF-   The individual selected for this position will be responsible for working at a central production facility that will be supplying a number of different small upscale bakeries around the metropolitan area of Moscow, Russia.  The facility will be baking daily American cakes and breads such as brownies, cookies, cheesecakes, cupcakes, layer cakes, bagels and other similar products.  This is not a position with a huge salary but does have a reasonable base salary and free accommodations along with a percentage of the base profits that are generated.  As an expatriate this will, of course, be tax free income for you.  It is a wonderful opportunity for someone looking for a grand adventure.  Our client will consider pastry chefs, strong bakers and even an exceptional culinary institute graduate with a pastry arts degree.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE DIRECTOR- Theme Park:  One of the largest international amusement parks in Scandinavia is seeking a Food and Beverage Director to serve on their management team.  The park has a buffet, QSR outlets, food carts and catering facilities.  Exceptional exciting opportunity in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

PROJECT MANAGER:  Responsible for the daily coordinating of operations of a $22 million contract for a remote foodservice and support contract on a mining operation.  Will provide a high quality of food and facilities management service to this operation.

CAMP MANAGER/CHEF & CATERING MANAGER:  One of the largest international institutional feeding companies seeks talent for their contracts in Afghanistan.  We are seeking experienced Camp Managers and Catering Managers.  The successful candidate will have a knowledge of western cuisine. Strong salary plus bonus opportunity. 

ASSOCIATE HOTEL DIRECTOR- Major international cruise line is looking for an individual with four or five star hotel experience and is well versed in all aspects of property operations including food and beverage.

REGIONAL MARKETING MANAGERS:  International QSR company seeks individuals with international experience to manage their franchisees in various sectors of the world (United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, & South Korea).  Must have a strong QSR background with both multi unit operational and franchisee management experience.  Prefer multilingual candidates.

CASINO SPA CHEF:   A major destination casino resort near the Gulf coast seeks a Chef with a strong Dietary background for their F&B operations of their spa-  prefer a dietician for this posting. 

EXECUTIVE CHEF:   Beautiful grill and special events center seeking an Executive Chef to direct their culinary and back of the house operations.  This is a perfect opportunity for a strong executive sous chef to step into a leading position.  Atlanta location.

MARKETING MANAGER:   For a national chain of fast food/casual quick service establishments.   Position will be very hands on and provide marketing direction and support for almost 1,000 units.  new York based.  Salary $100.000

EXECUTIVE CHEF:   Openings for strong culinary talents in Washington, Texas, Colorado, Tennessee,  Kansas City, California, South Carolina, Georgia, New York, and Illinois in restaurant,  hotel, institutional feeding and country club environments.  Salaries from $35,000 to $100,000.  Executive Chefs, Executive Sous Chefs and Sous Chefs.

INSTITUTIONAL FOOD SERVICE MANAGERS-    Institutional feeding or restaurant management experience for this international firm for positions in the state of Indiana.  Must have well documented success record in cost controls.  Military feeding experience a major plus.  Tremendous promotional opportunities.

HOUSEKEEPING MANAGERS For two major cruise lines. 20 weeks on follow by 10 weeks off.  7 day work week. High volume hotel experience preferred. 

CHEF/MANAGER:   Ready for an adventure?  Company seeks individual with 2+ years of experience to supervise team of 5+ in feeding 100-250 employees in petroleum industry sites in Western Africa.  100 on and then 30 days off where ever your want to go.  Call for more information and confidential consideration.

Salaries to $70,000
