current openings around the world. We attempt to keep the listing
current but we receive new opportunities each and
every day. Contact DSA by phone or email your
resume to us for a comprehensive evaluation of your
background in terms of current needs and to be kept
confidentially appraised of new searches as they are
initiated.
Applying for Current Openings
Upon your
initial contact with DSA, we will evaluate your
resume, or C.V., the completed personal history form
and our conversations to see if you might be a
candidate for one of the many searches that we are
currently working. If
this is the case, we will call you to discuss the
details of the position we are representing to see
if you are interested in our introducing your
background for evaluation by our client.
If we do not have a current search
in which you meet our client’s specifications, or
conversely, if they are not offering what you have
indicated to us are your personal search parameters,
we will retain your information in our confidential
files and continue to consider you as new searches
are opened. Again, when
a “match” occurs, we will contact you to ascertain
your continued availability and interest.

SALES MANAGER:
A
quality pastry manufacturing company based in New
England is seeking a Sales Director who is hands on
and will function both as a manager and national
accounts manager. This line of high quality
products are sold to high end restaurants and hotels
and in superior supermarket and specialty food
stores.
BUSINESS MANAGER PERISHABLES: Work
with category managers of supermarket chains and
wholesale grocers to develop category business
plans, encompassing analysis of current share and
penetration goals, optimal mix, shelf placement,
promotional plans and merchandising recommendations.
Work with category manager to set category
objectives, milestones and activities to support
overall program and corporate vision. Texas based
SALES
MANAGER FROZEN FOODS: Further
processed frozen food manufacturer seeks individual
with experience selling frozen foods through the
foodservice channel of trade with some supermarket
experience very advantageous. Must have
experience managing a broker network. Will
have two regional sales directors reporting to them.
Prefer a local candidate as a relocation allowance
in not budgeted. Will consider those willing
to pay own relocation to the area. Dallas area
IMPORTED
FOOD SALES REPRESENTATIVES: Based on the
eastern seaboard (New Jersey preferred) this person
will call on headquarters accounts in the
supermarket industry and to a lesser extent within
the foodservice channel of trade. Should have
experience working with a broker support network and
private label products. Knowledge of imported
and specialty food items is a definite advantage.
Salary to $60,000 plus a very substantial
bonus/commission structure.
